How long should you stay in cold water?
Cold water therapy works best with the right combination of time and temperature. For example, if you are in water at 10°C, we recommend that you do not stay inside for more than 10 minutes.
Temporary examples:
1°C = 1 minute immersion
3°C = 3 minutes immersion
5°C = 5 minutes immersion
10°C = 10 minutes immersion
How do I keep the water clean?
Always keep the lid on when not in use to prevent dirt from falling in! We recommend changing the water once a week without additives.
When you drain the water from your bath, we recommend that you wash the interior surfaces with warm soap to extend the life of your next refill.
How do I keep the water cold?
The ice bath is integrated with thermally insulated TPE layers and a lid to keep the time cold.
We recommend placing the ice bath in the shade to maximize the passive cooling effect at night and then adding ice or ice cubes if necessary.
How much does it cost to fill the ice bath with water?
The ice bath contains 320 liters of water, which amounts to 0.36 cents to fill the ice bath. Drinking water in 2024 will cost 1.13 euros per 1000 liters.
